Complete Passively Safe Assembly Island 

We now offer a complete Passively Safe Assembly Island solution. 

By utilizing Jerol passively safe composite poles our CIA stayfast and internally illuminated box signs can be successfully mounted.

Both are supplied in 24V AC eliminating the need for an additional transformer.

When mounted in conjunction a suitable retention socket installation on site is safer and more efficient.

Bollard

  • Mallatite 3SIXTY self-righting bollard
  • Designed to BS8442 crash tested BSEN12767
  • 100NE4 classified
  • 360-degree visibility
  • Supplied black as standard (white available)

 

Post

  • Jerol passively safe complete with door and 76mm spigot
  • Retention socket for easy and safer replacement
  • Conforms to both BSEN12767 and BSEN12899-1
  • 100:NE:2 classified
  • Supplied in RAL 7023 grey (other colours available)

 

Beacon

  • Centre island beacon made from long-lasting HDPE
  • Anti-vandal collar provided as standard
  • Compliant to BS8442:2015
  • Supply options 240V, 24V AC/DC
  • Low maintenance

 

LED Box Sign

  • Mallatite TrafficSign LED 230V, 24V AC/DC
  • Retroreflective translucent sign face
  • Automatic dusk till dawn operation
