This bracket is designed to mount onto a standard signal base as defined in NR-SIG-10062. The slotted holes in the base allow the signal to be sighted horizontally and the bracket also allows vertical sighting to be adjusted 6 degrees up and 6 degrees down in 1 degree steps.
